The Creative Group is partnering with a healthcare company that looking for a Paid Social and Display Marketing Manager. The Paid Social and Display Manager will be accountable for channel strategy and day-to-day management of paid social and display advertising programs. This person will be responsible for planning, execution, optimization, and overall paid social and display. In addition, a successful candidate will be able to help paid social and display work within the larger scope of the business. They will keep a pulse on market response, offline marketing campaigns, market-by-market lead demands and be able to synthesize all of that into a compelling strategy to compliment the overall marketing plan. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for devising and implementing a display and paid social strategy that drives growth and efficiency Identify tactics necessary for proper campaign management Establish optimization and testing roadmap, providing detailed methodology, goals, expectations and performance standards. Tests include but not limited to creatives, landing pages, ad types, audiences, etc. Analyze performance and leverage data to back up hypotheses, drive rationale, discover root causes and identify opportunities Monitor performance and summarize results with key stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Ongoing evaluation and recommendations for campaign growth, enhancement, and innovative opportunities Set and oversee display & paid social budgets Relate important decisions and actions to the big picture Assist with other digital marketing duties as assigned
A bachelors degree in Marketing or related field Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant display and paid social marketing experience Extensive knowledge of paid social and display advertising on Facebook, Google Display Network, and YouTube Proficient in Google Analytics or Google Analytics 360 Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate in a team environment Ability to manage a diverse set of tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver results against deadlines in a fast-paced setting Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis including familiarity with VLookups, pivot tables, and other formulas and functions Experience in the healthcare industry or medical services field is a plus Experience with SEM is a plus Proficient in setting up and deploying tags via Google Tag Manager is a plus Experience with BigQuery is a plus Experience with WordPress is a plus If you have a strong background in Paid Social and Display, please send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
