Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates major marketing projects and product launches from concept through completion, interfacing with business partners, stakeholders, internal teams and external agencies. Responsible for establishing and sharing deadlines, activity updates and providing regular project status updates to decision makers and appropriate parties. Administers and enters marketing projects into internal marketing project management system. Guides projects through system to completion. Trains others as needed on system. Responsible for tracking, generating, delivering and summarizing reports and data for management to assess individual projects and campaigns. Manage and ensure delivery of programs in support of new marketing initiatives, product launches, asset creation and other duties as assigned. Initiate and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects; gathers input and feedback. Creates standardized processes related to product and marketing initiatives. Analyzes, records, maps and recommends improvements to business processes. Act as an interface between marketing and product management teams. Communicates timing for new and end-of-life products. Communicates issues, conflicts and delays on projects and product launches to management and leadership. Anticipates and navigates risks and elevates challenges when necessary. Work diplomatically and effectively across cross-functional teams. Attendance is an essential function of this position. Performing all other duties as assigned. Requirements

- Capacity to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction - Strong project planning and management tasks, business systems support functions and project costing techniques - Skills in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification - PMP Certification experience a plus - Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel - Strong familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint - Able to exercise independent discretion and act on it - The ideal candidate will possess past experience in a key accounting role - Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications required - Converse with executive management, team members, business and technology professionals via both written and oral methods - 1+ years of prior relevant experience- It's a bonus if you have a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification
