WHAT YOU WILL DO (Responsibilities): You are an effective communicator who is not afraid to work with internal partners to execute, plan, and lead marketing programs that will elevate our sales teams to drive business. You will be vital in building out new marketing capabilities to our network of stores nationwide. This role will build, coordinate and execute grassroots marketing initiatives. Additionally, this position will play a dynamic role in driving grand opening operational excellence and guest engagement opportunities. The Promotions Marketing Manager will also: Develop and maintain a promotional calendar which aligns with business activity to drive customer traffic Manage and evolve loyalty programs to drive store traffic Collaborate with merchandise and field teams, to support store activity, beyond calendar events i.e. grand openings and renovations Ensure brand continuity across consumer touch points: in store POP, email, web, digital, social, search, gift cards Develop ongoing and weekly email and offers and creative for loyalty program members Reporting on open rate of loyalty emails and apply learnings to future email executions Regular reporting development required shared at an executive level Oversee external vendors to establish communications including; in store POP, email, social media, digital, mobile search, and others Sponsor the development and testing of new programs that can drive retail traffic and support conversion Manage budget and continuously improve effectiveness and the ROI of marketing investments Perform other job-related duties as assigned This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Requirements): As Promotions Marketing Manager, you will be methodical and quite familiar with working within an autonomous environment, under tight deadlines and with limited resources managing cradle to grave projects. You are a natural leader that is willing to invest the time in ensuring a successful event or campaign. We look you to also bring: 8+ years of retail promotional experience; demonstrated success in a sizable multi-unit retail environment Creative, design oversight experience required College degree preferred Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and metrics to support assumptions and monitor results and course corrections required Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs specific to Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
