The Creative Group is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales and accounts team. The position will be the primary sales point of contact for colleagues, partners and customers. By creating collateral, managing the CRM processes, following up leads, and distributing documentation this role will directly impact the sales volume and revenue of the business and will have opportunity to grow into others sales and account management positions. The positions overall goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Responsibilities include: Conduct analysis of market opportunities and research opportunities for qualification assessment. Prepare presentations with respect to covering market as well as technical information required internally and externally. Coordinate trade shows, regional meetings, conventions and varied activities for Sales Group. Up to 25% travel Support administration of customer relationship management (CRM) system; SALESFORCE. Manage sales and marketing literature for each vertical market. Maintain and present company literature to entire sales team, current and potential customers. Prepare and present sales data on basis of the Sales Pipeline. Assist with all strategic planning as required. Assist in developing quotations, presentations and proposals for Sales and Account Management as required. Own and maintain website, social media marketing and other online content. Associates degree with 1-2 years experience Bachelors Degree with at least 1 year of experience Working knowledge of marketing or sales functions preferred Research and data analysis skills with ability to use Excel for data reporting. Ability to utilize CRM for reporting and to identify trends/forecast sales. Ability to collect and analyze relevant industry, competitive and market data. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to correspondence verbally and in writing in a manner which results in mutual understanding.
