Candidates will have a passion to work with finance and commercial data and will relish the opportunity to support the production and maintenance of fit-for-purpose reporting solutions for the Global Specialty Diagnostic Group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the centralized SDG reporting toolset and assist in enabling the wider team's foray into the world of data science, providing a ‘single source of truth' data warehouse as the basis for automated, visual and interactive reporting solutions.


  • Be the contact point for SDG Finance & Commercial people for assessing requirements, design the solution and perform data reconciliations

  • Development and maintenance of centralized and automated reporting solutions

  • Development of new reporting solutions that ‘raise the bar' in terms of analytical insight and user experience

  • Supporting the team in the efficient delivery of key financial data/information to the commercial teams and business leaders

  • Supporting smooth and steady migration of routine labor-intensive reporting to centralized and automated solution

  • Supporting the development pipeline and aggressively progress the team's adoption of centralized ‘Single source of truth'

  • Participate and lead projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or Data related discipline (Economics, Statistics, Computing Science, etc.)

  • 5+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience working in Sales Operations and/or Commercial Finance

  • Demonstrated ability to understand Commercial Finance matters and systems

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and BI Visualization Tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau)

  • Knowledge of SQL queries and DAX language for advanced data manipulation

  • Desire to improve manual processes via automated routines

  • Strong interest in learning the technical aspect of data systems and SQL databases

  • Ability to work autonomously but with good awareness of overall team objectives

  • Passion for accuracy with high levels of attention to detail

  • Determination to deliver quality products that will exceed internal customer expectations

  • Awareness of BI tools in the Market and the desire to improve this knowledge and skillset

  • Excellent communication skills to interact at various levels inside and outside the organization
