You and the team Join our team of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Application Specialists. How will you make an impact? Key Responsibilities: As an Applications Specialist in HPLC and Trace Elemental Analysis, you will play a key role in our Sales Support Team. Within our team, you will handle various activities, mainly related to the following fields:
  • Technical: we work on proofs of concept and feasibility, method development and method transfer - we capture the needs of our customers and identify the best technical solution for them. When needed, we demonstrate the solution in our laboratory, we develop applications, and we organize technical presentations.
  • Commercial: we are part of the Sales team. Our role is to enable our sales representative colleagues to bring the right information to their customers and to partner with them as needed.
  • Trainings: The applications Specialists own the knowledge about the products and the related applications.
  • Customer support: we bring help to our customers, bringing them our knowledge and technical expertise to tackle their analytical issues.
  • Technological leadership: we are always working with the latest analytical technologies and promote these to the scientific community.

How will you get here?
Degree in analytical chemistry or equivalent experience required.
  • Education in analytical chemistry with relevant internships
  • Experience working in a laboratory using chromatographic systems
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • An experience in HPLC and/or Trace Elemental Analysis by ICP or ICPMS, working with various matrixes and a variety of compounds will be greatly appreciated. We will anyway train you on both analytical techniques as part of the onboarding process.
  • Great interpersonal skills (team player)
  • Sales-oriented
  • Fluency in English & Spanish, French would be a plus
