What will you do?

  • Analyze, and report on quarterly order status for each Division. Ensure all orders are shipped within the quarter for revenue recognise, and On Time Shipment (OTS) metrics are met for each Division. Drive order cycle reduction and order processing accuracy.
    Engage in effective partnerships with internal stakeholders ie. Customer Service, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, other global partners to replenish inventory in a timely manner and achieve unparalleled service delivery to customers.
    Determine the order release date and ensure the requested delivery is achievable.
    To allocate materials to demand orders and release pick list/delivery notes timely.Effectively communicate with all supporting gr
    oups to ensure DC able to meet the delivery goals.
    Manage inventory accuracy for made to order materials.
    Perform order follow-up activity such as managing backorders, communication of expected delivery date.
    Maintain accurate filing system for all order related and shipping status documentations.
    Support in the investigation of internal/external customer complaints to find the root causes and discuss with his/her Senior on an appropriate solution to resolve them.
    Supports group supervisor to collect data (if required) for them to perform analysis work.

How will you get here?


  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent.


  • Minimum 3-5 years in Planning/ Customer Service/ Supply Chain analyst experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Demonstrate “Customer Centric Attitude”.
  • Possess ability in problem solving & presentation.
  • Possess good verbal/ interpersonal and written communications skills in English and communicates openly and honestly.
  • Must be able to work independently on multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience) is preferred.
