Location/Division Specific Information

The Bedford site manufactures consumables (Tropix Chemiluminescence, POP Genetics Analysis Polymers and POROS Chromatography Resin) for life sciences customers.

How will you make an impact?

The Project Manager will function as a key member of the Manufacturing Science & Engineering team. We are seeking an energetic individual with strong communication, leadership, technical and operational skills to join our dynamic and fast paced team. The project manager will work to deliver projects required for the site to meet revenue & capacity growth.

What will you do?

  • Manage current and future expansion projects

  • Manage capacity improvement project

  • Manage complex scale-up and process improvement projects

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule

  • Deliver to agreed project milestones

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a dynamic environment while leading cross functional teams

  • Risk identification and mitigation

  • Document and report project progress to stakeholders

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in technical / scientific discipline

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree and high school diploma/GED

Experience

  • 2-3 years of project related experience in manufacturing environment

  • Project Management certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to work with numerous departments and levels of employees

  • Good understanding of ISO 13485 requirements

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Excellent communication, & interpersonal skills

  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadline
