Work with the Escrow Administration & Customer Service Research leadership team to develop and implement strategic communication improvements.
Partner with individuals and teams across the organization to develop communication strategies across multiple channels including online (web), digital (app environment),
Review call center talking points and letters/emails/texts to develop communication plans.
Partner with team leadership to facilitate a review and evaluation of opportunities/alignments of the multiple functions within the organization.
Partner within the Escrow team to ensure alignment in approaches, opportunities and prioritization of enhancements in our communication with customers.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing a master's degree, preferably and MBA or Communications
Experience building and executing comprehensive communication plans preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills within a business context
Ability to manage several ongoing tasks, working with multiple partners and organizations
Ability to think and work independently in an ambiguous environment while receiving dynamic on-the-job training
