Description


Manage the administration and coordination of all consumer/mortgage bankruptcy loan servicing and/or operational functions. Establish and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various legal, regulatory, investor, government and corporate requirements. Hire, train, motivate, and direct the activities of loan servicing or operational personnel to ensure procedures are properly and efficiently carried out. Plan, develop, implement and control assigned organization and budget functions.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in bankruptcy servicing or operations activities, preferably some in consumer finance areas
- Five or more years of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Considerable knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending, servicing or operational policies and practices
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, ALS/RMS and/or Black Knight software
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed knowledge of human resources functions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiar with managing teams with diverse roles, including manager, exempt and non exempt personnel
