Description

Leads multi-functional team implementing web-based, business-to-business automated Freight invoice presentment and payment application. Translates complex customer requirements into innovative payment solutions. Consults with internal or external resources, as needed, to identify and analyze client needs and implement applicable technology solutions. Submits client's technology requirements and controls. Interfaces with – and holds accountable – internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Drives implementation project success using multiple project management, control and communication tools. Hosts training/education sessions for end-users. Initiates research of client operational and technical issues. Provides exemplary customer service and consulting to internal and external clients.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Required Skills/Experience:
• Technical competencies – particularly in the areas of file structures, delivery methods, and experience managing or supporting Data integration, EDI, freight payment, or other IT System implementation projects – a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills
• Detailed-oriented, with strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills
• Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced work environment
• Advanced knowledge of project management

• Adherence to U.S. Bank servicing standards, as well as established processes and procedures
