Description

This position is responsible for the project management of wealth management marketing programs. This individual will support all of Wealth Management, from retail and affluent through high-net worth and will engage with both Business Unit and Marketing Managers to assist with the production and implementation of marketing materials, campaigns and ad hoc projects.
The right candidate will be adaptable and able to learn systems and compliance requirements that can change on a frequent basis. Candidates should have a proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment adapting to the changing market environment. He/she must have agility in thinking and delivery.
Essential Functions
• Manage all Aprimo, (project tracking system) Archer, (compliance approval tracking system) and AdTrax (USBI compliance approval tracking system) submissions on behalf of the Wealth Management marketing team
• Lead compliance conversations, monthly reviews and planning
• Manage audit planning and preparation
• Act as the production lead including proofreading, printing and compliance
• Act as project manager for customer-centric marketing, advertising, and communications initiatives that ladder up to the brand
• Develop and maintain timelines and production schedules
• Work across the business line(s) and partners with multiple stakeholders
• Cross collaborate with other Marketing Project Managers
• Possess strong organizational skills, tracks multiple projects, and follows all necessary compliance guidelines
• Provide solutions and problem solves for business line objectives


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to six years of experience in marketing industry

- Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Proven writing/editing skills
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to track multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
- Passion for process management and improvement in complex environment
- Ability to create concise, well-written copy, with strong proofreading skills
