U.S. Bank is hiring for the Special Asset Servicing team. This specific position is for the Contested Foreclosure/ Title Issue Team. The individual would work closely with internal business partners as well as external law firms to resolve contested foreclosure matters and title impediments. The preferable candidate would have a background with the foreclosure process, familiarity with loan documents and title documents, experience and comfort with leading conference calls and proper email etiquette. The individual will be required to lead conference calls with various levels of management, internal law division and outside counsel.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of experience in administrative support activities
- Good verbal, grammatical and written communication skills
- Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
- Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
