Description

Provides high quality customer service by responding to inquiries, requests and problems. Triage and dispatches service request work orders. Monitors and implements scheduled preventative maintenance, repair, custodial and grounds keeping services. Manages work order processes and coordinates site services vendors. Plans efficient utilization of space and facilities. Plans, coordinates and implements furniture, equipment, office and factory layout and moves. Negotiates lease(s) and monitors for lease contract compliance. Processes daily invoices, conducts invoice research, and provides assistance with monthly financial forecasting.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to two years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- One to two years of related experience with some knowledge of company and department procedures and proficiency with related systems
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of tasks that can be completed while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
