- Position Overview
- The Central Scheduling Access Care Representative is required to schedule patients for appointments, and confirm patient demographics and insurance information. Ensures that patient accounts are handled appropriately and are resolved in a timely manner. Staff are monitored on their call volumes, and accuracy.

- Education/Experience
- Minimum Required:
- High School or equivalent, with two (2) years experience in customer services or similar field
- Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in Communications, Liberal Arts or similar field, OR 5 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree
