The HR Content and Platforms Manager is responsible for designing, maintaining, disseminating and supporting the development of submission of HR content. Responsibilities include: playing a leading role in shaping and delivering system-wide HR content/communications; providing content support in all areas of HR and ensures adherence to the established content management governance process; driving system-wide HR content management, refreshing, approval and coordination of efforts with HR Subject Matter Experts (SME) within the Centers of Excellence (CoE); and utilizing the HR Shared Services Portal, Knowledge Base and other HR referenced sites, i.e., Web Application(s), SharePoint and Intranet.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or related field and 7 to 10 years of communications or related experience; ability to quickly and continually learn cultural and operational nuances of different divisions and HR functions; strong digital platform skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solving skills and experience organizing, planning and executing projects from vision to implementation; collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to thrive in cross-functional environment; knowledge of organizational practices and direction; ability to shift priorities and gears quickly and work in fast-paced environment required. Master's degree preferred.
