Founded in 1947 CEB is one of California's oldest and most prestigious legal information and continuing legal education providers. CEB publishes judgments of California case law, practical guidance for attorneys and, CLE all in a variety of practice areas and formats e.g. print, online and, in- person.
The Product Marketing Manager is the primary owner of CEB's marketing communications strategy. This role is responsible for crafting meaningful copy for our website, email communications, and sales collateral to create demand for CEB's digital subscription products and improve the sales lead generation funnel. The product marketing manager will cultivate a deep understanding of the needs and workflows of key segments of California attorneys in different practice areas in order to continually improve CEB's product positioning and messaging strategy, and will work closely with the digital marketing manager and product managers. You will love this job if you have top notch writing skills, are calm and methodical, and can prioritize projects with the greatest growth impact given limited time and resources.  


  Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related areas, and/or equivalent experience Required   3 + years of experience in product marketing at a B2B or enterprise technology company Required   Exceptional writing skills, with proven ability to write for technical and non-technical audiences across a wide variety of channels Required   Demonstrated experience working with one or more marketing automation and measurement tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Optimizely, and Google Analytics Required   Demonstrated ability to synthesize, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data Required   Demonstrated ability to work in a strategic, organized, and results-driven manner Required   Practical experience using networking and social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to drive brand awareness, community engagement and lead generation Required   Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate and influence people at all levels of the company Required
