Purpose of Position
To achieve sales quota and new business revenue with expertise in servingHealthcare Sector clientsResponsibilities
Generate new revenue bysourcing for targeted customers that require healthcare warehousing anddistribution services.
Develop healthcareservices and products in Asia for existing customers and new accounts.
Lead discussions on customer'sbusiness and/or performance reviews with customers.
Maintain accurate reportsof customer's sales performance.
Maintain a listing oftarget customers in each Asian Country using available resources.
Develop and collaborateswith clients and local account Executives to develop strategic solutions withbroad supply chain implications to drive territorial growth.
Coordinate sales andaccount development activities between different countries and Regions.
Maintain an up-to-datelisting of future dates of tenders and bids.
Define and understandcustomer short-term and long-term needs.
Offer direction and assistance to the Enterprise Accounts Executives orCountry Sales Managers for those countries without Enterprise Accountsresources.
Maintain an up-to-date database of customer activities using availabledatabase tools.
- Build and solidify business relationship with key customer personnel.
Minimum Bachelor's Degreein Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevantdiscipline. Master's Degree or MBA will be a plus
Candidate with strong experience background in lifescience and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry (or related) withextensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will bean added advantage
Candidate with healthcare regulations knowledge orhealthcare service experience is strongly preferred
Familiar with ISO certification knowledge (especiallyISO 13485:2003)
Proven track record ofincreasing sales against plan objectives in previous assignments
Business related travelwill be required
