The Procurement Process Supervisor collaborates with global, cross-functional UPS teams, leveraging technology and employing critical thinking to drive efficiencies. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identifies opportunities for value creation and waste elimination across the source-to-pay process
  • Develops detailed project plans (i.e., timelines, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure project will be completed on time and according to specifications
  • Provides customer service support and solutions to suppliers & internal stakeholders
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • TFS/ADO Experience
  • Microsoft Project experience
  • Agile/Scrum Experience
  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Project Plan/schedule updates/management
  • RAID maintenance

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) 
  • Process improvement and implementation experience 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills 
  • Previous experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Bizagi, etc.) or Project Management (Agile, PMI, etc.)
  • Experience with data management and analysis - Preferred
  • Experience with SQL Server - Preferred
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system - Preferred
  • Experience with Coupa - Preferred
  • 2+ years total work experience in finance, procurement operations, or process design & improvement roles - Preferred
