Process customer will-call orders in the warehouse. Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free
Insure that the customer paperwork is complete and indicates that the customer has paid for the product
Work at will-call window.
Act as liaison between customers and the sales and distribution departments.
Pull orders hourly to meet customer expectations and internal client deadlines.
Administrative Duties: Invoicing, scheduling pick up appointments, updating/editing company files.
Represent US Foods in a professional, energetic manner while greeting customers.
Handle cash/checks payments on any orders.
Schedule courier routes hourly to be delivered quickly and efficiently
Set up shipping for samples that are brought in for Sales Reps/Customers.
Answer incoming customer calls as time permits
Issue and put away credits
File invoices and prepare paperwork for customer pick ups.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Related Experience: 2 years Customer Service experience, will-call experience. Preferred: leadership experience and knowledge of POWM / POSS system and PIR.
