Role Summary:

As a Sr. Change Management analyst, you will work with PMO Manager to support the transformative enterprise change efforts by applying proven methodologies to engage and enroll Team Member, IT leadership and Business leadership. This role is responsible for the design and application of targeted stakeholder change management strategies, regularly reporting out on progress and barriers.

Working together with the IT leadership team, communications and HR teams, the Change Management analyst will partner with change champions and pilot groups across the Enterprise to establish and cultivate a regular practice of internal change management capability. This will result in the successful roll out of change initiatives that accelerate stakeholder adoption, minimize resistance, and foster engagement.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Creates and manages cross-functional teams to serve as a sustained change management/engagement coalition
    • Develops and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders that will allow for open, honest conversations about the people-impacts related to change initiatives
    • Uses insights garnered from these teams to inform, recommend, and/or reinforce over-arching change management strategy
    • Regularly documents and reports group findings
  • Creates and implements change management plans and deliverables that maximize Team Member and Partner engagement
    • Develops a set of actionable, targeted change management plans, as well as project plans, for execution
    • Articulates clear roles and responsibilities and drives accountability
    • Leverages collaboration tools and embedded groups to drive the change forward
    • Manages identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulates the importance of leadership in an effective change process
  • Is a trusted advisor across the enterprise, specifically with Leadership and Distributors
    • Fosters teamwork and collaboration amongst different departments and workgroups
    • Ability to influence change for stakeholders he/she does not directly manage
  • Provide input to support the design and delivery of communications, training, and feedback
  • Use data and analytics to deliver strategic engagement strategies and adoption solutions that contribute to the success of the enterprise
    Coordinating, executing and following up on change management action plans/activities
  • Draft materials for the change management and communication campaigns
  • Serve as a change management point of contact for IT transformation
  • Monitor the progress of change plans
  • Pull status reports for IT and business unit leadership review




Requirements

Experience: Required
  • 5-7+ years of work experience in information technology, project management, change management, or a similar function(s), preferably within Auto and or financial services industry context.
  • 5- 7+ Experience and/or training in change management, project management, Agile transformation, design thinking or similar methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with practice-focused technologies and/or online collaboration platforms.
Education: Required
  • Bachelor's degree required
Desired
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI or CCMP) preferred
  • SAFe Agilisit
General Skills:
  • Advanced skills in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.
  • Ability to establish and execute a strategic plan for transitioning organization towards agile methodologies and reporting needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the IT organization.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills, strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.
  • Displays intelligence, creativity, resilience, and persistence in solving varied, complex, and non-routine problems.
  • Must be a collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player

  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities
Specialized Skills: Required
  • A solid understanding of how people progress through the change process

  • Able to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies – able to lead and direct Agile coaches.
  • Strong ability to relate to people and build rapport; enroll, empower, and equip stakeholders across the enterprise to embrace change
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
Desired
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI or CCMP) preferred
Work Flexibility:
  • Travel 10% of the time
  • Onsite, remote work options dependent on team operating model and initiative
  • Flexibility to work outside of core hours (Monday – Friday) to support business demand
