The Opportunity: WM Strategic Business Solutions (SBS), located in Windsor, CT, is responsible for managing WM's largest, most prestigious national customers. SBS serves as the one-stop shop for the largest corporations in the US. Through industry leading reporting, centralized billing & service, and pricing, WM SBS provides an exceptional value proposition to our customers. With approximately 600 dedicated employees, a state of the art customer management system, and the goal of expanding into international markets, WM SBS is helping WM transform our industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Our mission is to put our customers first, always.
Customer Service Representatives must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner. Being able to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever changing environment is a must!
To ensure we are able to handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
- Must type a minimum of 21 WPM with 80% or more accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete a mandatory 6 - week paid training
- Customer service experience is a plus
The Location: 415 Day Hill Rd Windsor CT 06095
The hours: Between 5 am and 9 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 7 am to 6 pm
