Manages the provision of physician ordered therapeutic diets. Assesses the nutritional needs of hospitalized patients and implements plan for provision of needs. Monitors nutritional intake of patients determined to be high risk. Provides nutrition education to inpatients, outpatients, and community organizations.
Work related Experience: Previous experience preferred.
Formal Education: Bachelor of science degree in clinical dietetics or foods and nutrition.
Additional relevant experience/education or certification required: Registered dietitian or registered dietitian eligible. Must possess a valid West Virginia license.
