The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist is responsible for assisting with and providing high quality diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures and exams. Technologists are expected to actively scrub, circulate, and document peri-operative exam related data. Technologists work closely with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, surgeons, and support staff to provide excellent patient care. On call rotations and response time restrictions apply.
Current ARRT registration and licensed by the West Virginia Board of Medical Imaging required. American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification required. ARRT advanced certification in CV and/or CI preferred. Point of care license from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources required.
