Serve as the main entrance receptionist, greeting all visitors entering facility. Must maintain a polite and professional manner at all times.
Answer incoming calls, handle all questions members may have and coordinate all requests for valet and transportation services and page staff as needed.
Provides general information assistance to members, visitors, and all other customers.
Respond to member emergency response system calls.
Notifies members by phone when they have a visitor desiring access to their apartment.
Takes reservations for guest meals, special events, room service, and guest suite.
Monitors location of members. Updates member registry (move ins, move outs)
Makes appointments for members when asked; keeps track of medical appointment schedule and arranges for transportation as necessary.
Assists in the monitoring of the fire alarm panel, door alarms and elevator alarms.
Perform clerical tasks such as light typing and filing.

- Possess knowledge of office procedures.
- Possess computer and word processing skills
- Know complete operation of the telephone & communication systems and receptionist stations.
