The Host/Cashier is responsible for greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner this individual is also responsible for accurate cash handling of and the recording of revenues for the food outlet.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Adequately completes required forms and handle cash transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Must be friendly and courteous at all times
Reports to work station as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work
Greets Guests in a friendly and professional manner
Seats guests quickly and efficiently following proper scripting procedures
Maintains a warm and inviting demeanor on the phone at all times
Knows the menu offerings and hours/days of operation
Communicates with dining room team to ensure effective meal service and transition times for guests satisfaction
Has and maintains a stable, positive background and assumes responsibility
Keeps all menus and/or tabletop advertising clean and in good condition
Ensures the physical condition of the premises, including their immediate work station, are maintained in a clean, safe, healthy manner
Pays out all server gratuities accurately
Ensures that all applicable Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times without deviation and be extremely knowledgeable of the Minimum Internal Control Standards
