This position's role is to administer and transact in a timely and accurate manner all shipping and receiving documents and process flow. The Coordinator ensures all material and products are properly monitored and accounted for. The Coordinator is ultimately responsible for providing accurate and timely service and coordination of the facility's inventory and warehouse. A successful candidate is a detail oriented and a problem solver with the ability to handle assignments efficiently and accurately with little supervision.

  • Assists with material handling
  • Works to assure proper housekeeping and safety procedures are followed
  • Assists the scheduling manager with scheduling requirements to ensure on time delivery
  • Monitors and assists in controlling the facility's inventory and warehouse areas
  • Enters purchase order receipts
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office software experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with strong work ethic
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Forklift experience
Education High School Diploma or equivalent
