THE ROLE:

We are looking for our next team member to be able to optimize complex application software on our server platform. He/she will be responsible for delivering high performance applications and expand revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify customer application performance challenges and devise feasible solutions to optimize performance
• Ensure close partnership with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and align priority to penetrate the assigned accounts
• Plan scope of work and deliver timely resolution
• Be an expert on performance analysis and optimization tools
• Team crucial point of focus for any optimization engagement

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong programming knowledge of underlying CPU software, including operating systems, compilers, and large scale of applications, 10+ years' experience preferred
• Deep understanding of Computer architecture through coursework and/or work experience
• Application performance data correlation, analysis, and validation
• Experience with Linux operating system development, various compilers exposure
• AI/ML, GPU programming and optimization experience
• Experienced hardware/software architecture on various CPU platforms
• Fluent in open-source software development processes and tools such as debuggers, source code control systems (GitHub) and profilers is a plus
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
• Motivating leader with good people skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Required: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Computer System Engineering
• Advanced degree preferred.
