Title: Back- line

Supervisor: General Manager

Purpose: Responsible for fluency in the Back-line. Will actively try to meet all back-line operational goals. This position is active on the line all the time. Every action taken should be driven toward best possible customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  1. Maintains Back-line standards of operation.
  1. Positively and pleasantly represents the company in the making of our product.
  2. Acquire necessary knowledge of all back-line training materials.
  3. Follows Arby's handling and production procedures.
  4. Ensures the highest level of product quality is reached.
  5. Follows all cleaning and operational procedures for back-line cleanliness.
  6. Assists in stocking at the beginning and end of every shift.
  7. Follows Back-line standards of operation.
  8. Maintains a positive attitude toward job duties.
  9. Maintains the “Arby's Look” – refer to Employee Handbook.
  10. Meet the three primary back-line goals: top quality, top presentation, and top speed.
  11. Must follow age restrictions on equipment utilized on back-line.
  12. The Back-line employee may be called upon to perform tasks not listed in this description.
