Overview
We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs. This is an hourly, paid, part-time (20 hours per week), 12-week internship.
Essential Responsibilities
The intern will support the Finance Department.
At the end of the internship program, the intern will report the results of the project(s) to the departmental Director and HR. There will be weekly check ins with departmental Directors and Human Resources.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft products—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, possess strong analytical skills, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above
- Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines
- Must always be able to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor
- Must live in the Corona, CA area
- Experience working in a retail store environment is a plus

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range
