JOB SUMMARY

This position works with the fuel department across disciplines including financial reporting, marketing, image updates and special projects. Hours can vary from 15-30 hours per week depending on class scheduling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain division marketing planograms – by brand
• Maintain our branded Mystery Shop programs.
• Maintain our internal intranet website
• Work with vendors to ensure our fuel items are stocked and available for stores
• Create and provide training materials to the stores on the fuel brand programs
• Preparation and analysis of financial reports by compiling and analyzing financial data from disparate sources and summarizing account information and trends
• Analyzes and tracks period financial reports versus budget and prior year performance
• Researches variances to budget
• Performs a variety of financial analysis in response to management inquires or to facilitate decision making; researches and prepares ad hoc reports as directed
• Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations
• Assist on any special projects or capital expenditure activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

  QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related.
• Must have working knowledge in Excel; Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must have strong analytical and quantitative abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of management. (written and oral).
• Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to adapt to a dynamic business environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Retail experience preferred.
