What will you do?
- Inspire and empower team members through effective mentorship, clear communication, and a commitment to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive mutual understanding and achieve shared goals
- Ensure seamless integration of efforts to communicate the City's progress effectively on key initiatives and issues related to the advancement of the City Plan. This entails collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, City Council, and both internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the work to amplify the City Plan and council priority work through an integrated communications strategy
- Deliver top-notch services by leveraging the optimal blend of skills and experience from across the section for every project and initiative, regardless of its size or scope
- Develop a comprehensive grasp of both internal and external challenges of the day; and unite teams from various sections to devise solutions
