Responsible for managing the work of a team of medication therapy management pharmacists.  Oversee the day to day operational & clinical activities of 25+ full time equivalents. The clinical manager is a part of the management team reporting directly to the Clinical Director.  The clinical manager will be responsible for oversight of the Patient-Centered Care Operations and the Medicare Prescription Drug Program (MPDP) MTM program teams. The manager is to monitor and evaluate the work methods, quality and quantity of work done.  The Clinical manager is responsible for projects, performance management, and serves as the hiring manager for new clinical pharmacists and is responsible for onboarding of new team members. This position will support the management team and clinical director in meeting or exceeding client contractuals including overall activity, turnaround times, and performance guarantees. This position requires the ability to be innovative, proactive, resolve problems, people skills, exercise good judgment and contribute to a team environment.  Excellent written and oral communications skills to discuss clinical information with patients and team members.  Experience with CMS-compliant MTM programs and Med D STAR ratings is strongly preferred. *Required Qualifications* * 3 years clinical pharmacist experience plus 2 years of management or supervisory experience or 5 years of clinical pharmacist experience. * AZ pharmacist license in good standing. * Must reside a commutable distance to our facility located in Phoenix AZ. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize work * Customer focused * Ownership and results driven * Attention to detail * Proficient use Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word * Ability to effectively work within a team * Flexible in adapting to change * Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, organize time and workload * Skilled in identifying and solving issues and recommending process improvements * Ability to work successfully in a deadline-oriented environment * Regular and predictable attendance (Do not delete – keep for all jobs) * Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed (Do not delete – keep for all jobs) * Colleague will be required to travel when needed (Do not delete – keep for all jobs) * Colleague must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats and have exceptional clinical skills * Colleague must be able to multi-task    *Preferred Qualifications* Med D MTM experience Desired credentials (not required): * Residency * CDE/CDM (Diabetes Educator, Diabetes Disease Manager) * CGP (Certified Geriatric Pharmacist) * Board Certification (any discipline) * Disease Specialty (Any Discipline: Cardiovascular, Hypertension, Diabetes, Mental Health preferred) *Education* BS Pharm required, PharmD preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $100,425.00 - $216,300.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
