Job Description
Fortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis AETNA Senior Manager to join our dynamic Enterprise Economics Team. In this role, you will support CVS Health's ability to achieve its financial and strategic goals through effective support of financial closing, planning and forecasting processes. Such activities drive the quality and integrity of P&L/cost center owner level reporting, membership and/or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reporting. Direction is to provide financial analysis and recommendations in support of management's evaluation of strategic and business initiatives.
In this role you will conduct moderate to complex financial reporting and analysis and provide data and analysis to support the business unit's mission. You will make recommendations to support the business unit's mission. Perform appropriate balancing of all reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assists with analysis of key components of financial results, identifying trends and variances; addressing questions as needed. You will also support financial information requests from business financial management. Participate in special projects and conducts ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years financial management experience including strategic and business planning, accounting and financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience a plus, including leading project teams
- Experience in healthcare, managed care insurance or financial services

- Bachelor's degree
