The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting, reporting and relationships with our partners around the Globe. The successful candidate will have proven accounting and interpersonal skills as this role requires collaboration with external and internal finance and business teams. Successful candidates will: * Be inquisitive and quick to learn * Possess solid analytical and problem resolution skills * Be well organized and detail-oriented * Have a continuous process improvement mindset * Possess strong time management skills * Exhibit excellent communication skills * Be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously * Be required to meet deadlines and support team goals * Be flexible and adapt to change as needed * Work independently to compile information * Identify problems, communicate to leadership and recommend and implement corrective actions as approved by management *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of professional finance experience * 1+ years of monthly close process experience *Preferred Qualifications* * Accounting and Financial close process experience * Proven experience with MS Excel and MS Access * Experience with Oracle General Ledger system * Knowledge of SAP (S4/Fiori/Analytics for Office) General Ledger system * Healthcare experience *Education* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required * Accounting or finance degree preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
