They will lead a team of engineers for Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering and Engagement Management. The focus for the team is managing engagement, developing highly scalable & future proofed solutions and end to end implementation. The technical and product acumen for integration, combined with solid collaboration, innovation and alignment mindset is necessary. The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Integrations and is part Enterprise Products Acceleration (EPA) Organization. It is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interactions with leaders across multiple business units, Infrastructure, PMO and Operations teams. It also requires extensive interfacing with integration consumers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, great customer & product experience, active prioritization of work and people development. Clear desire to innovate and delivering on commitments will help fit in to the team culture.   Responsibilities • Drive a purposeful technical culture with a strong focus on servicing excellence, execution, quality, and speed to deliver integrations leveraging existing platform and building new capabilities. • Foster strong business and people growth mindset, supported by driving implementations through rigorous prioritization and governance. Also requires continuous improvements by incorporating feedback loops during implementation phases working closely with product and engineering teams. • Deliver integration solution within the organization as well as with B2B Clients while closely collaborating with business areas, application teams, PMO and Infrastructure teams to achieve joint targets. • Actively ensure achievement of targeted outcomes for application on strategic enterprise initiatives which includes stakeholder expectation management, risk management and value realization. • Surface opportunities to constantly improve the customer, product, and process experiences. • Apply Innovative and creative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and being comfortable with the art of possible when dealing with ambiguity. • Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the talent to embrace agility and innovation. Foster and evolve the engineering & development led culture including competencies and leadership development across the organization. • Work with IT Leadership to plan and implement short and long-range goals that support the information technology goals and conduct long range departmental planning related to future services and growth. • Build and Champion technology investment proposals as part of annual Budgeting process and maximize value realization while managing fiscal control. Personal qualities of successful candidate • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a complex organization. • Strong analytical through process, problem solving attitude, growth mindset, result oriented and good listener. • Strong inclination for actions and outcomes that are adapted to unique constraints in difference situations. • Embodies ethics, fairness, and accountability to build trust within the team and across the organization. • Simplifies, standardizes through process and automation, and creates certainty of outcome. *Required Qualifications* • 10+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems development management in a technology and/or health care environment. • 5+ years' experience managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. • 4+ years of experience in systems analysis and application program development. • 4+ years of experience with one or more programming language, development tools, and/or databases and the application development life cycle. • 5+ years of experience in supervisory experience covering recruiting, team design, goal setting, performance management, and mentoring. *Preferred Qualifications* • Varied technology delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe) • Leading a team of IT professional in delivering work through multiple phases of SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support • Delivering large technology initiatives that cut across multiple teams/departments. • Working across organization with multiple teams like business areas, infrastructure, operations and PMO • Executive reporting, shaping up dashboard on OKRs and KPIs • Vendor management including goal alignment, performance evaluation through KPIs and risk mitigation. • Cloud-based technologies (Azure/Google) and integration with on-premises services • Integration solutions and technologies, APIs, EDI solutions *Education* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $124,372.50 - $247,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
