The VP of Multi-Carrier Solutions Business Roadmap Execution will lead all aspects of execution and delivery of the business roadmap, including sales support and communications, agency management, compliance, financial analysis, training, and broker operations of our multi-carrier distribution businesses including: Hella Health, CareFree Insurance, and the Medicare Support Center (MSC). These teams will focus on a multi-carrier direct to consumer distribution strategy and execution aimed at simplification of the customer experience in selecting and retaining Medicare and ACA plans through our advanced digital/ technology platforms, agency relationships, and retail footprint. You will make an impact by: * Bringing thought leadership to the development of the strategic plan and vision for the business * Overseeing sales support and communications, agency management, compliance, financial analysis, training, and broker operations functions, establishing best practices * Ensuring operational excellence in all facets of running a large organization with multiple cross functional partners in a matrixed environment * Ensuring quality relationships with other departments such as the Customer Success & Growth and Aetna leadership teams, IT, HR, and Finance that stretch across the enterprise * Ensuring that compliance, regulatory & legal requirements are being followed * Overseeing staffing operations and employee development & retention initiatives, including employee selection, onboarding, and training * Responsible for leadership development, succession planning, and driving engagement programs for the teams you oversee. Ensure development and mentorship of next generation of leadership talent * Supporting CVS Health in attracting, retaining, and engaging a diverse and inclusive consumer-centric workforce that delivers on our purpose and reflects the communities in which we work, live, and serve.
