A forward-thinking and financially healthy healthcare system boasts an excellent bread-and-butter general surgery opportunity in Central Illinois. The incoming provider will join other surgeons.

Opportunity

• The clinic is located in the hospital building for easy access to the surgery department and floor consults. Join four physicians and one APP.
• One physician also does vascular and some thoracic.
• Two physicians also do basic bariatric.
• The practice would love to add someone with an interest in building a breast, bariatric, or vascular practice while still doing general surgery.

Compensation/Benefits

• $525,000 + bonus based on RVU production.
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
• Quality bonus adds up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning a base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
• 1:4 call
