The Job:

Join Epicor as a Business Analyst! You'll be pivotal in gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, ensuring our solutions perfectly align with their needs in collaboration with the Development team.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to grasp and define product requirements, potentially involving direct customer interaction.
• Craft comprehensive business and customer requirements, detailing scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce precise specification documents including customer profiles, detailed user stories (or design specifications), and product changes based on prioritized requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis for roadmap features, encompassing workflow, feature set, and value proposition.
• Execute acceptance testing throughout the development cycle.
• Engage in discussions with development teams regarding features and requirements, liaising with the Product Management team when necessary.
• Conduct demonstrations of new features.
• Work closely with 1-2 development teams.

What you will likely bring:

• 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork.
• Customer/client orientation.
