Description

Responsible for various duties in the Mail\\Statement Processing Section including, statement rendering both manual and automated, mail processing equipment operation, and U.S. Mail processing. Responsible for preparing and delivering Requisitioned Supplies and Maintaining and inventory control of materials, equipment, and supplies; achieves goals as established Purchasing department, as well as with other divisions, units, or departments; communicates with appropriate personnel; responds to inquiries or requests for information; maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports. Supports the Records Retention function by picking up boxed records and maintaining Records Inventories. Provides support to Courier function as required.

 

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in typing, reading, writing and grammar skills, analytical or mathematical skills, communications and interpersonal relations is required. Basic computer skills are required; general knowledge of MS Office applications and proficiency in MS Word and Excel preferred.  Prior knowledge of banking operations and knowledge is preferred.
