 Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Associate Attorney specializing in Business Immigration, you'll play a main role in delivering outstanding legal services to our clients. This position offers a mix of responsibilities, including managing and mentoring team members, preparing, and filing various immigration petitions, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Typical cases include E-2, PERM, NIW, TN, H-1B, O-1, E-1, and L-1. We value innovation and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Paralegals and Team Coordinators.

- Provide training and guidance to enhance team members' skills and legal knowledge.

- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

- Review and correct documents for accuracy.

- Track team progress and productivity, providing feedback as needed.

- Stay current with legal developments affecting clients and cases.

- Participate in Management team meetings.

- Conduct initial consultations and serve as a principal contact for clients.

- Evaluate new clients' eligibility.

Qualifications:

- BAR license in any U.S. state.

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Business Immigration.

- Management experience preferred

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
