Job Summary In the Senior Manager role, you'll lead the clinical program evaluation team, transforming business challenges into actionable insights through data analysis and clinical program evaluation. Through rigorous analysis, collaborative stakeholder engagement, and innovative improvement strategies, you will aim to ensure our clinical services are evidence-based, cost-effective, and aligned with the evolving needs of our members and communities. You are expected to drive HCSC towards excellence in healthcare delivery, making a measurable impact on health outcomes and live the purpose of HCSC.

*Lead the development and execution of comprehensive evaluation plans for clinical programs, ensuring alignment with research objectives and regulatory requirements.

*Able to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret various types of data, both quantitative and qualitative, to answer evaluation questions and test hypotheses

*Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with different audiences and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

*Conduct statistical analyses to assess program effectiveness, including impact on clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

*Able to establish and maintain positive and respectful relationships with the people involved in or affected by the program and the evaluation

*Able to think critically to identify and define the evaluation questions and criteria, as well as to develop and test hypotheses and assumptions

*Able to adhere to the ethical principles and standards that guide the conduct and use of evaluation

*Able to update and expand their knowledge and skills in program evaluation, as well as in the healthcare and clinical domains of the programs they evaluate

*Stay current on best practices in clinical program evaluation methodologies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

*Manage and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

*Ability to wrangle the efforts of data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, executives, customers, product, and legal/compliance so that the product can come to life.

*Ability to understand the need and priority of a functionality to stakeholders. Work with various stakeholders and teams to a create a unified priority list for the product team to focus on. This should be based on the delivering value, while managing the risk.

*Measuring the outcomes and articulating the value of the product to various levels of the organization.

*Act as the leader of a group of analytics consultants and help them to achieve their full potential, while ensuring the projects are completed on time with quality an.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years experience.
* 7 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants.
* 7 years experience requiring data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data.
* 4 years leadership experience including 2 yrs in a management position.
* Experience of Healthcare benefits, terminology, and concepts and insurance economies.
* Experience of quantitative and qualitative standards and measures and statistical measures and concepts.
* Negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
* Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong SQL skills

* Epidemiology background with 4 years of clinical program evaluation experience.

* Experience of Healthcare industry.

* Experience with BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI etc
