We have immediate opportunities for an “Active Directory Security” Engineer to join our team as a Customer Engineer (CE). This is a remote (home based), salaried role with great benefits and a fantastic team. A CE's time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of cybersecurity initiatives to deliver proactive security services, enhance client cybersecurity posture, and ensure the safety and integrity of client data and networks.
Primary work includes:
- Standard Product Work Shops - Training
- In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
- Health Checks / Assessments
- Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
- Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
- Systems Performance Reviews
- Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management
Experience you need to excel in the role:
- Proven experience in managing Azure identity and device configurations, including Entra ID user and group management, Conditional Access Policies, and Intune deployment.
- Demonstrated capability in overseeing Azure Bastion, secure networking concepts, and Autopilot deployments.
- Deep familiarity with Active Directory Domain Services, particularly in areas like Group Policy, Security Policy, and User Rights Assignment.
- Skilled in administering Windows Firewall and IPSEC, with a focus on strong security measures and effective auditing practices.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and auditing Windows LAPS to secure administrative privileges.
- Extensive customer-facing experience, delivering education workshops, conducting assessments, and providing expert technical guidance.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring alignment with their projects and milestones.
- Continuous professional development in cybersecurity, with an emphasis on maintaining certifications and contributing to the development of best practices.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and oral), both in technical writing and presenting, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information and expertise.
