This position will provide provisioning services to the USC Health Science campus end users with primary focus on continual service improvement while working with the Information Services Security Team to ensure policies are being enforced. This team member will also: Work as an analyst in efforts of on-boarding and centralizing provisioning of applications/resources onto a standardized provisioning solution; Work with other IT teams to gather information necessary to identify the best method for access provisioning and documenting business/technical processes surrounding user access provisioning and identity management; Configure application profiles within the access provisioning tools based on gathered requirements; Set up and manage automated as well as manual provisioning workflows.
Minimum Education: • High School Diploma • Associates Degree or equivalent; 1 IT related certification Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • 1 year Help Desk experience or equivalent; • 1 year of healthcare and or academic-related software experience; • 1 year technical writing/documentation; • Must be able to follow policies and procedures to assess and avoid risk in the environment. • Experience with Incident Management Systems, Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PPT) especially Microsoft Excel, is required. • A college degree with emphasis on security is DESIRED. • Technical experience with providing user access natively for Active Directory is REQUIRED. • Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented Required License/Certification: • Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
