This position will coordinate all PLM activities from electrical and systems engineering disciplines to fulfill defined project and product requirements.

Electrical Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the Electrical Engineering team to address program risk and issues; create, maintain, and drive action plans to closure.
• Provide technical leadership to the team and ensure project deliverables are met overseeing the design of products or systems.
• Develop process improvements for design, test, release, and implementation phases of electrical development.
• Oversight of project schedules, budget, product cost targets, technical performance, and quality.
• Work effectively through all phases of design and manufacturing, including development and implementation of solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Drive performance to plan and achieve schedule, requirements, and financial commitments.

Electrical Engineering Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience managing product development/product life cycle projects with an electrical (or electro-mechanical) product
• Experience leading an Engineering team or department.
• BS Degree or higher in an Engineering discipline
