Entry level Production/Machine Operator Needed ASAP!
Day and Night Shifts 6:00am-6:30pm/6:00pm-6:30am 3 days on and 2 days off rotating each week
Pay: $20-$21/hr depending on shift
Fulltime-40hours 
Burlington, WA
temp-to-hire after 90 days (with pay raise at 90 day mark!)


Job Summary:
Kelly is looking for entry level Production Specialist (Machine Operators) for a premier company in Burlington, WA. They are a manufacturer of private label engineered wood products and are currently seeking qualified candidates for both day and night shifts. As a Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring materials are loaded correctly and maintaining production flow. This is a full-time contract-to-hire position that requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour (Day Shift), $21 per hour (Night Shift)
- Shift: 3 days on and 2 days off rotation each week (12 hour days)
- Duration: 90 Days, then definite temp-to-hire for permanent employment with pay raise!


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Load materials and ensure they are loaded correctly according to specifications
- Monitor production flow and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Measure, inspect, band, and package wood stacks for transportation
- Operate state-of-the-art engineered wood equipment with a high attention to detail
- Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively using 2-way radios/walkie-talkies

Qualifications & Skills:
- Reliable transportation to and from work in Burlington
- Previous background in construction, roofing, warehouse, or labor is a plus
- Experience in the restaurant industry serving or bussing tables is highly valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hot/high-temperature environment
- Basic math skills and strong verbal communication
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Interest in long-term employment and growth within the company
