Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25-$32/HR
Hours: M-F 7 a.m.to 3 p.m. 

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You'll be:
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facilities equipment including fire protection equipment, compressed air systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Installing and removing furniture, furniture systems, and panel systems.
• Cleaning and repairing the interior and exterior of the building, including painting, replacing ceiling tiles, and floor maintenance.
• Constructing, fabricating, and maintaining plant and facility equipment.
• Operating company vehicles and power equipment related to landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Assisting with the validation of specific facility equipment.
• Performing inspections of company equipment such as ladders, fire extinguishers, and powered industrial vehicles.
• Maintaining assigned equipment and work areas in a safe, clean, and orderly fashion.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facilities equipment. • Are skilled in various maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing. • Have the ability to operate power equipment related to landscaping and grounds maintenance. • Are able to work in a variety of environments, from clean rooms to production areas. • Can occasionally lift objects up to 35 lbs.
