Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Rep, in the Maywood, IL area.

This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Pay info:
$55K base – Car package including $450 for car each month plus car insurance plus all gas paid for.

Associate Account Manager is needed to identify and drive the execution of customer requirements and critical projects while supporting the sales and account management teams.
Responsibilities

  • Thorough data analysis and auditing with conclusions that contribute to decisions
  • Internal and external communication that ensures accountability
  • Execution and customer satisfaction
  • Critical project/process management and improvement involving multiple resources
  • The associate account manager promotes customer satisfaction, profit/sales growth and retention, compliance, and process efficiencies
  • prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota
  • Sales Representatives will also transport samples of products for presentations
  • Client provides a thorough sales training program, which includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies
  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
  • Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business

Skills/Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant business discipline preferred
1+ years' office experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Ability to travel up to 10%
Valid driver's license
 
Preferred
  • 1+ years' account/customer relationship management
  • Proven experience in problem resolution with collaboration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Access and Contact Management system
  • 1-5 years B2B experience with cold calling skills
