Location: Grand Forks, ND 
Type: DIRECT HIRE 
Pay: $21-$25 per hour (based on experience, department, and shift)
Shifts: Monday-Friday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

Responsibilities vary by department but can include:

• Utilize hand tools and follow blueprints/instructions to perform production tasks for large components.
• Clean moulds and prepare for the next production stage, applying materials as instructed.
• Trim excess material post-setting and prepare the surface for subsequent processes using pneumatic sanders.
• Report any operational, equipment, or material issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to train on day shift for 2 weeks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, stairs, and navigate catwalks.
• Quick and repetitive movement capability (holding, reaching, twisting, bending).
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Some experience in production, manufacturing, or tool usage is preferred.
