Title and Summary

Manager, Account Management This position will be responsible to maintaining and growing the relationship with the HQ and branches. This will be in charge of the clients' satisfaction and generating new sales in Cross-selling and Up-selling.
This is an individual contributor role responsible for identifying and resolving issues of moderate complexity and leading operational implementations. This position requires strong execution and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
• Generate new business through cross-selling and up-selling of company's product features and services within existing clients. (up-selling and cross-selling)
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Generate Account plan
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Actively work with the client to identify strategic opportunities and operational cost efficiencies, lead moderately complex assignments that are diverse in scope, and search out appropriate courses of action.
• Research and resolve client's business and transaction processing and billing issues by obtaining and examining all relevant information to figure out the cause and facilitate resolution.
• Identify and analyze processing issues with client impacts, consistently communicate situational status and resolution, advice on performance both internally and externally as appropriate.
